Handmade plaster walls and a soaring 4-meter-high wooden ceiling define the space, while multiple sets of French-style windows flood the interior with natural light and let in the gentle summer breeze. This carefully curated atmosphere makes each moment inside the villa feel effortlessly serene and connected to the surrounding landscape.The heart of the living space is the kitchen, elegantly designed in smoked cognac wood with a minimalist aesthetic. Its slender vertical lines, a vintage-style window above the sink, and a sturdy upper shelf evoke the charm of another era. At the center stands a large cement rotunda table, accompanied by four solid walnut wood dining chairs of Danish design, featuring handwoven paper cord seats. This dining space offers a perfect blend of refinement and simplicity.
A welcoming sofa with a daybed extension and a subtly colored cassel coffee table complete the living area, alongside a television and Bluetooth speakers for relaxed entertainment. The lighting throughout the house is both functional and decorative, with conical fixtures in metal or wicker adding warmth and character to every room. A discreet door links the kitchen to the backyard, offering easy access to the outdoor dining and lounging areas.
The villa includes two en suite bedrooms, located at opposite ends of the house for privacy and ease of access. Light-filled and minimally decorated, both bedrooms offer panoramic sea views and direct access to the poolside patio. Each features a king-size bed (which can be converted into two singles if needed), open walnut wood closets, and matching desks. The bathrooms are equipped with large walk-in showers and bespoke ceramic furnishings in soft greige tones, offering both practicality and elegance.
A defining architectural element of the villa is the angled northern corner, which gracefully follows the curve of the old threshing circle’s stone wall. This structure embraces the outdoor patio and offers welcome shade during the hotter hours of the day. The cement surface, crafted like a mosaic, enhances the rustic charm of the terrace, where guests can unwind by the generous 3x9 meter pool with wide steps and a tranquil resting ledge facing the sea.
The outdoor dining area, conveniently located near the kitchen, is centered around a striking table with a slim metal frame and a surface of handmade mocha-colored tiles sourced from Italian river clay. Four modernist chairs with steel frames and recycled PET yarn seats accompany it, combining sustainability with design.
Tucked into the villa’s north corner is a playful outdoor lounge area, featuring a sleek steel-frame sofa, a large pouf, and a comfortable footrest. This flexible arrangement allows guests to move freely around the space, seeking sun or shade as they please, and fully embracing the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
