By the pool level the villa features 2 airy and bright bedrooms (2 guests each) and bathroom with walk – in rain shower and a spacious living with fireplace. The private pool with its large shaded veranda is the perfect spot to chill out after a long day of holiday bliss at the island. Just lay yourself on the comfortable sun beds and cherish unforgettable moments of relaxation and sun tan while enjoying snacks and cocktails by the pool side. On the entrance level, guest walks in to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with its open-plan dining area. An autonomous bedroom (1 guest) with bathroom ideal for staff or for children is next to the kitchen. The spacious main terrace on this level faces to the sparkling waters of the Aegean, inviting guests to dine out while enjoying sunsets in pure relaxation, with serenity and wonderful sea views.
Next to the entering level is the entrance of the luxury suite, ideal place to accommodate friends and family visitors. It includes a spacious bedroom (2 guests), bathroom with walk-in rain shower and balcony with direct access to pool and to gardens. On the top level of the villa, guest walks in the grand master bedroom (2 guests) with separate living, bathroom and private balcony with astonishing views to the bay and to Naxos.
Serenity and splendid views of the bay will only mark magnificent memories on guests upon spending their holidays in this Villa. Access to the sandy beach is only a short walk and last but not least, Naoussa village, the “place to be”, is a short distance driving, inviting guests to experience a majestic nightlife and upscale socializing, including fine dining, shopping and walks to old town, up to visits to pristine sandy beaches and traditional villages. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
