The main house forms the heart of the villa, featuring the master bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a quiet study, and the central living and dining areas. These open out onto a large veranda with breathtaking sea views. The guest rooms are housed separately from the main residence, each facing the sea and offering a sense of both privacy and connection to the landscape. The villa can accommodate up to fifteen guests, offering a total of five double beds and five single beds, and spans 480 square meters of living space.

The village itself is small and home to about 500 residents. It offers a simple, authentic lifestyle with fresh seafood tavernas lining the waterfront and relaxed cafés and bars offering drinks and ice cream. The main square is only 500 meters from the villa’s entrance, making it easily accessible on foot.

This property is not just a place to relax but also a home for joyful gatherings. With several open-air terraces, a swimming pool, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, the villa is perfect for long dinners under the stars or spontaneous celebrations that last well into the evening.

The master suite is located in the main house and includes a king-size bed, generous closet space, and a television. It also features an open-plan bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and vanity area. Attached to this suite is a private glass-enclosed office offering a panoramic 180-degree view of the sea and gardens. A single bed in the office provides an extra place to rest without losing sight of the beautiful scenery.

Just above the main house, the panoramic suite offers uninterrupted views of the sea and village from a private balcony. The room includes a king-size bed and an additional single bed. A fireplace adds warmth and charm, making it inviting in all seasons. The ensuite bathroom is particularly striking, with a bathtub placed by a large window that captures the expansive view.

Also above the main house is a third bedroom, ideal for children or extra guests. It features a bunk bed with a pull-out mattress. The ensuite bathroom is divided, with the shower and toilet in separate spaces for added convenience. This room also enjoys access to a balcony with panoramic views.

The fourth room is located about 20 meters from the main house. It is cozy yet spacious, featuring a double bed that can be converted into two singles, making it suitable for both couples and friends. The room overlooks a peaceful stone patio and garden with the sea as a backdrop, and it has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

The fifth room, also around 20 meters from the main house, offers a quiet retreat with a double bed, a private balcony overlooking the sea, and a fireplace for cooler evenings. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and includes a bathtub for relaxing moments.

Situated approximately 40 meters from the main house, the Cottage provides a private escape ideal for families or larger groups. It includes one double bed and one single bed, an ensuite bathroom, and beautiful sea views. This independent space offers privacy while remaining connected to the overall property.

Adjacent to the Cottage is Service Room 1, featuring two single beds and a compact ensuite bathroom. It is well suited for staff or additional guests and is located about 45 meters from the main house. A second service room is located next to the kitchen in the main house. It includes a single bed and bathroom and is intended for personnel rather than guests.

Several other spaces enhance the villa experience. A stone-paved seaside lounge with a private jetty offers a shaded seating area with loungers just above the water, ideal for lazy summer days. A private study in the main house provides a quiet corner for reading, working, or taking calls, and includes a monitor for guest use. A 150 square meter grassy garden overlooks the sea and is perfect for picnics, playtime, or quiet reflection. Two parking areas offer convenient access and can accommodate up to four cars.

Guests of the villa enjoy a variety of thoughtful services. Daily cleaning ensures rooms and shared spaces remain fresh and tidy. A local cook named Maria is available for up to eight hours each day to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner based on a daily selected menu using seasonal and local ingredients. Groceries are charged separately. A simple breakfast is included in the stay, with additional items available on request at an extra cost. Complimentary laundry service is also available to guests during their stay.

The on-site team consists of three dedicated members: a cook, a cleaner, and a gardener. They are present daily to maintain the property and ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and seamless stay. Please note that none of the staff members reside on the premises overnight.

For outdoor enjoyment and leisure, the villa features a saltwater swimming pool with stunning sea views. The pool measures 40 square meters and has a depth of two meters, offering a refreshing escape during the warmer months. Guests can also enjoy al fresco meals using the outdoor barbecue and traditional pizza oven, ideal for long summer dinners under the sky. For those who enjoy staying active or spending time by the water, stand-up paddleboards and seaside mattresses are available. A ping pong table is also provided for friendly games and light-hearted entertainment.
