The bedrooms are decorated in a traditional style with subtle touches of color, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that flows effortlessly between indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, the villa is surrounded by large, beautifully maintained gardens with manicured lawns, a generous swimming pool, and lovely sea views. A barbecue area is available for relaxed al fresco dining.
The villa is arranged over three levels. On the lower ground floor, there is a utility area with a washing machine, along with two twin bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, patio doors, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, WC, and single washbasin.
The ground floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine, along with dining facilities and patio doors leading outside. The lounge is comfortably furnished and includes air conditioning, satellite TV, a flat-screen television, DVD and CD players, as well as direct access to the terrace. A separate bathroom with a shower, WC, and washbasin is also located on this level.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and patio doors, along with a bathroom featuring a bath with an overhead shower, WC, and washbasin.
The annex, which is externally accessed, includes its own lower ground floor space with a small kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, and sink, as well as a double bedroom with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, WC, and washbasin.
Located in Svoronata, the villa is close to several sandy beaches, including Ai Helis, Ammos, and Avithos. It is ideally positioned for leisurely evening strolls along the coastline overlooking the Ionian Sea, where you can discover local tavernas serving authentic Kefalonian cuisine.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
