The 2 villas are next to each other and are twins villas.
Upon entering the villa, you come into a large living space that is filled with natural sunlight with its window panel doors that give you direct access to the outdoor private pool and dining area. The ground level consists of a fully equipped kitchen with the luxury of a kitchen island, and a large lounge setting with a sleek contemporary design. The lounge also coverts into a large comfortable double sofa bed for two additional guests. To the rear of the living space, you have the first of three double bedrooms. The ground floor double bedroom has the convenience of stepping out to a little corner amongst the natural environment to have your morning Greek coffee. The first of the three bathrooms is located next to the bedroom, being able to be used as a shared bathroom with the guests accommodated on the double sofa bed.
Via internal staircase, on to the second level, are the other two double bedrooms. The bedrooms are designed to give comfort and space and the convenience of en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms have window panel doors to let the morning Greek sun remind you that you are still on holiday and also access to the upper balcony. The upper balcony is certainly a space for a glass of wine to watch the sailing boats come into moor with the sun slowly vanishing behind the mountain range. The luxury of the upper balcony is your own private jacuzzi where we are certain you will create moments never to be forgotten.
Alfresco living is all about the private pool area. The setting couldn’t be more peaceful and relaxing with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor lounge, that could be the setting for a Greek afternoon siesta. The outdoor area also consists of a fully equipped BBQ where we will be able to organize our Private Chef to come out for you in the evening and cook up a Greek feast. The outdoor dining setting is set at the front of the building making life easy by being able to pop in and out of the kitchen.
All in all, every corner of the outdoor area will offer you stunning Ionian Archipelagos Sea views, a corner for everyone to have a moment but more importantly enough space to enjoy your Lefkada getaway with your loved ones.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
