The Villa is only 2 minutes drive from the cosmopolitican town of Nidri which offers many options of excellent restaurants along with great nightlife and only 16km from the center of Lefkada Town. The local airport of Aktion is only 37km away.
Indoor Area Accommodation at Villa Alima in Lefkada is spread over three levels with respect to wood and rocks of the surrounding environment and cool cream colors and light-colored furnishings. Entering through the front door the interior of the villa brings you to a long open living area. A hallway leads you into the large dining, lounge, and modern kitchen area. This space consists of large wall to ceiling window doors filling the ground floor with natural light and mesmerizing views of the pool area and the Ionian Sea. It’s an indoor-outdoor experience like no other giving you the ease of accessing the luxury of alfresco dining. All the spaces on the ground level of the Villa have direct access to the pool area. Via an internal staircase, you come up to the upper level of the villa, leading you into a hallway that separates the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom and just opposite another family bathroom. Each bedroom has a private balcony offering mountain and sea views. From the ground level via staircase you have access to the third completely independent bedroom of the villa with en-suite bathroom, queen size double bed and living area with a sofa that turns into a very comfortable double bed.
Outdoor Area Running along the front of the house is the main outdoor terrace of Villa Alima featuring an infinity pool. To one side of the house away from the pool is a fully equipped BBQ area. Around the private pool there is a range of seating options, with sun-beds to soak up the Greek sun and last but not least the large outdoor dining table which will be a focal point for your family and friends to enjoy every meal of the day. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
