The villa spans approximately 70 sqm of indoor living space and 93sqm of outdoor area, making it ideal for groups or families. The villas feature a spacious open-plan living area, where guests can relax on a comfortable sofa while enjoying modern amenities such as a 50’’ Smart TV with satellite channels. Large sliding doors provide access to private terraces or the pool area, creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa has a fully functional kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area offers a welcoming space for shared meals. An extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living area upon request at an extra cost. The sofa is comfortable for both adults and children as the size is 1.10*2.20m.
The ground level of the villa includes one beautifully designed bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to the yard. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.
The upper level features an additional bedroom with twin-size beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request, which offers a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. A bathroom with a shower is available on this level for convenience.
Step outside to discover the ultimate outdoor oasis. The villa offers its own private outdoor space, where a swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a BBQ area create the perfect environment for relaxation and al fresco dining. The outdoor dining table is designed to accommodate all guests, and the pool area is ideal for cooling off while taking in the breathtaking views. An outdoor shower is also available to refresh after a swim. Lastly, free street parking ensures that guests have everything they need for a hassle-free stay.
The swimming pool can be heated upon request, free of charge from March to June and from September to November at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 3 days' advance notice for this facility. For the months of July and August, the pool can be heated at an extra

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
