On the ground level, you’ll also find the first bedroom, featuring a Coco-Mat queen-size bed.The room also offers a Smart 32” TV, air conditioning, an open wardrobe, and an en-suite split bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Ascending to the upper floor, the second bedroom includes a Coco-Mat king-size bed that can also be configured into two singles upon prior request, a private balcony, a Smart 32” TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a split en-suite bathroom with a shower.
An additional room on the same level features a pull-out sofa bed for a fifth guest, complete with Smart TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning, making it ideal for a teenager, child, or extra adult. This sofa bed is provided upon prior request at an additional cost.
The villa’s outdoor area has been carefully designed to offer a private haven for relaxation. The space includes a 25 sqm private swimming pool, a poolside shower, and an elegant sunbathing area with loungers and an umbrella. A fully equipped outdoor kitchenette with an electric BBQ and a spacious dining table completes the setting, perfect for al fresco meals with your loved ones.
The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, subject to availability.
The villa is part of a group of five villas. Feel free to choose any villa based on the size and needs of your group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay.
The rates include housekeeping every day except Sundays & public holidays. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
