Our villas feature spacious, airy interiors that combine modern comfort with a touch of traditional charm. On the ground floor, the villa features an open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a smart TV with Netflix, and air conditioning, creating a welcoming space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, spacious countertops, and generous storage, ideal for preparing meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six. Also on this level is a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double if needed. This room offers ample closet space and direct access to the backyard. A bathroom with a stand-up shower completes the ground floor layout.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, plenty of closet space, air conditioning, a safe box, a TV, and access to a shared balcony with sea views and a cozy seating area. The second upstairs bedroom features two single beds that can also be joined, ample storage, and access to the same balcony. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional balcony with a dining table offers beautiful mountain views.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. A private 50-square-meter pool is surrounded by six loungers and three sun umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sun. There is a shaded dining area for six next to a gas BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals. A tranquil pond with running water adds a calming touch to the garden. From the pool area, stairs lead to a shared space where guests can explore the vegetable garden, take bikes for a ride, or use the open field for sports, yoga, or special events. For some added fun, a ping pong table is available for outdoor games.
The villa also includes a private parking space for one car, with additional parking available in a shared gated area behind the property.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
