Would you like to just relax in one of the well-kept secrets that this Greek island has to offer? Then you're quite good at our beach villas in Glyfada! The park is spacious and is situated in a beautiful nature, within walking distance of the beach.The villas are located in a beautiful olive grove just above Glyfada Beach, approximately a 15-minute walk from the charming fishing village of Loggos. Each villa is simply yet elegantly furnished, and every balcony offers a stunning view of the sea and the green hills of Glyfada.
The maximum capacity of the villa is 4 guests. They feature two bathrooms with showers, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed on the first floor and a second, open-plan twin bedroom on the upper floor.
The villas are well-maintained, simple, and elegant. They are furnished with good-looking stones and wooden flooring. The additional benefit of staying at our villas is that it has a well-furnished balcony where you can enjoy the sea view as well as the green hills of Glyfada. Along with a relaxing view from its balcony, there are many amenitieswhich we offer to our guests. These include basic cooking facilities, despite the fact that the taverna is located nearby. You and your family can enjoy all of your meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner while overlooking the Monodendri bay towards Corfu and the Greek mainland.
As mentioned, there are lots of amenities available for our guests. The cooking facilities, for instance, includes a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, an oven, a fridge, and a sink. Besides that, the villas offer many in-room facilities such as a cozy sitting room, 2 bathrooms with a shower in each, two bedrooms- one double and one twin- and of course the beautiful surroundings that complete the dreamy accommodation of our beach villas in Paxos.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
