Villa Solandra

The villa is arranged across three levels: the Entrance Level, the Upper Level, and the Pool Level. The main entrance level is intended for socializing, relaxation, cooking, and dining. It features a spacious living room with an oversized corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a Marshall sound system. Also located on this level are two dedicated laptop workstations and a comfortable double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large en suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a private skylight terrace with a hot tub.

A distinctive dining area features a table crafted from fossilized marble, while the fully equipped marble kitchen is ideal for gourmet meals or private chef service. This level also provides direct access to an outdoor gas BBQ station and an alfresco dining area shaded by a pergola. An additional outdoor lounge area includes a pergola and a fireplace, while the entire outdoor space is framed by a reflecting pool design that enhances the atmosphere with serenity and elegance.

On the upper level, there are two luxurious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, views of the sea and pool, a private furnished terrace, and sunset views during the summer months. It also features a wardrobe and a luxury bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub, and a shower cabin. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen-size bed, partial sea view, a wardrobe, an in-room bathtub, and an en suite bathroom with a double sink and a shower cabin.

The pool level is designed for both leisure and wellness. It offers a large sitting area with satellite TV and a Bluetooth speaker, as well as a modern gym with direct access to a partially covered 8-meter indoor/outdoor heated pool. A sauna and a private bathroom with a shower serve the gym area. This level also includes two more laptop workstations, a wine and champagne cellar with a wine cooler, and a luxury suite with a queen-size bed, a sitting area with a sofa bed, spectacular sea and pool views, direct pool access, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower cabin, and a bathtub. This suite also benefits from summer sunset views.

Additionally, the pool level features a self-contained guest house with a private entrance. It includes a queen-size bed, a kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, two shower cabins, and a bathtub, all with stunning sea and pool views.

The villa is fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure maximum comfort. These include Bluetooth sound systems both indoors and outdoors, a climate control system for cooling and heating, underfloor heating for the winter months, and a dedicated laundry room. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property, a fully equipped kitchen with a freezer, electric hobs, oven, microwave, ice maker, espresso machine, boiler, and toaster.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for maximum privacy and comfort. All include satellite TVs, hairdryers, high-quality linens, bathrobes, slippers, luxurious toiletries, and en suite bathrooms.

The exterior spaces of the villa are just as impressive. Multiple lounge areas are available for relaxation, along with an outdoor dining space, BBQ area, and changing rooms with WC. The 27-meter infinity pool ranges in depth from 1.40 to 2.10 meters and is surrounded by loungers, daybeds, sun umbrellas, and an integrated sound system. The indoor/outdoor gym pool, which has a depth of 1.70 meters, is heated upon request at an additional charge. Throughout the outdoor areas, guests can enjoy views of the sea and pool, as well as spectacular sunsets during the summer months.
