This villa is situated within 8.2 acres of land, surrounded by olive trees. It is 800m from the sea and the sandy beach of Laganas and 8km from the airport and the main town of Zakynthos. Inside, the villa offers elegant and bright open-plan living areas that are modern, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. Whether you're visiting in the warmth of summer or the cooler months, comfort is guaranteed with full air-conditioning, central heating, and two cozy fireplaces. The two kitchens are designed for convenience and come complete with a wide range of modern appliances, including Nespresso and French press coffee machines, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, and microwaves. Guests can also take advantage of high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs with complimentary Netflix access, and laundry facilities.
The villa features seven bedrooms, each offering comfort and privacy. The first-floor master bedroom includes a double bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, air conditioning, a TV, a closet, and a safe. On the ground floor, the spacious master king-size bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a TV, a closet, and a safe. There is a twin room with two single beds, air conditioning, a TV, and a closet, as well as a double room on the ground floor with two single beds, also air-conditioned with a TV and closet. In the loft, a master bedroom with a double bed shares access to the loft bathroom and includes air conditioning. Two additional bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one with a double bed and a fan, and the other a twin room with two single beds and a fan.
Step outside and you’ll discover your new favorite space: a tranquil outdoor area centered around an eco-friendly saltwater pool. Surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, wide umbrellas, and soft lighting for the evenings, it’s the ideal place to relax. The garden includes a charming dining area, and the entire outdoor space has been carefully designed to create the perfect setting for lasting memories. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace or sip an early evening drink by the pool as the sun sets.
The pool uses a biological cleaning system based on salt electrolysis—free from chemicals and designed to re-circulate the water every 90 minutes. The result is clean, fresh, and eco-friendly water, safe for everyone to enjoy.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
