Villa Aroma is a totally independent villa of 165 m2 size and consists of 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a separate guest WC on the ground floor, and a spacious guest house by the pool. It can sleep up to 8 adults & 1 child . It has plenty of interiors and exterior spaces, carefully crafted in every detail and luxuriously furnished according to the latest design. The house is fully equipped with high-end audio/video systems (Smart TV - Projector Home Cinema). The large private pool is surrounded by palm trees and is literally connected with the endless blue of the sea.
You can enjoy the magnificent view, sitting in the 10-person outdoor dining room, the stone bar with BBQ, the built-in seating areas, and the sofas on different levels.
Last but not least ,Villa Aroma has exclusive use of a plot of 2 acres, with a traditional garden with flowers, cacti, and other ornamental plants, and has a private parking space for up to 4 cars.
Villa Aroma is located within a 20-minute drive from Mykonos Town and the airport and just a few minutes from the picturesque village of Ano Mera with its unique monastery. In Ano Mera, you can find taverns, patisseries, as well as a pharmacy, and a Super market for your supplies. Apart from the very beautiful beaches of Kalafatis and Agia Anna, there are many well-known beaches on the island nearby, such as Elia, Kalo Livadi, Lia, and Ftelia.
Mykonos is one of Greece’s most famous and glamorous islands, known for its whitewashed buildings, lively nightlife, clear turquoise waters, and relaxed but elegant atmosphere. It’s part of the Cyclades group in the Aegean Sea and sits near the sacred island of Delos.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
