When you first arrive, the kitchen and living room are in an open space. You can access the balcony area through a glass door, where you can unwind and take in the lovely sunset as well as the garden and pool views. The first bathroom with an en-suite WC is located here. We have two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be converted into a giant double bed, accessible by a few stairs. Each bedroom has an own balcony with a sea view and beautiful sunsets. Our second bathroom with an en suite WC is located right next to the bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
Guests can prepare their favorite meals and dine in the comfort of their own villa.

Large garden area and roomy parking spaces are just steps away from the villa’s balcony. A sizable swimming pool and sun loungers are strategically placed so that you can unwind, sip your cocktails, and take in the Greek sun.

The closest airport to Lefkada is Aktion National Airport. No ferry connections to Lefkada are available from the mainland and the only way to reach it is by car or bus. However, ferry connections to Ithaca, Kefalonia & Meganisi have been established. Don’t hesitate to take advantage of them for island hopping!
Lefkada is mainly known for its majestic beaches and the plethora of watersports it offers. Yet, points of historical, cultural, and environmental interest are also hosted on the island. The Medieval Castle of Agia Mavra, the Waterfalls of Nydri and the Monastery of Faneromeni are the top attractions of Lefkada.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
