Villa Gyriana in Lefkada has been architecturally designed by the owner and constructed by local independent craftsmen. The villa is finished with a high regard to aesthetics and detail, and furnished to a high standard, with luxury fixtures and fittings. Villa Gyriana is one of the few residences on the Gyra beach side. The villa is the perfect vacation home for those who want to combine the convenience of Lefkada town and the serenity of the beach.The kitchen is fully equipped for the enthusiastic cook, offering all modern conveniences including a dishwasher, electric oven and a twin door fridge-freezer. The surface is laid down to marble. Also a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a toaster adding to the equipment.
A long oak refectory table size 110×140 comfortably seats 10 people, facing the large glass wall/door from where you can enjoy the outside view.
Off the side garden, there is access to a separate bedroom. This room benefits from private access through the garden, and access to the main house via the ground floor bathroom. Includes a double bed, sofa and a kitchen, and is suitable also for an in-house staff.
Following the stairs up will lead you to the open plan bedroom, with a king size bed surrounded by big glass doors from where you can enjoy the magnificent view to the sea. The upper floor also has an a/c, ceiling fan, sitting area, coffee machine, mini bar and a projector where you can enjoy watching your favorite shows from bed. There is a walk-in dressing closet and the main bathroom with shower, wc, and double hand-basins. A huge balcony with outdoor sitting furniture completes the upper floor.
Villa Gyriana has a large outdoor area, with an electric bbq and a dining table and chairs surrounded by slide glass doors which you can adjust according to the outside temperatures. Additional outdoor feature is a mushroom heater which can be used during the chilly nights while enjoying your dinner under the night sky. The outside area also includes a lovely garden with Greek herbs among others, a shower and a wc which you can use while spending the day at the private beach or the tree house.

Located right on the beach, our adult-size tree house is a beautiful secluded haven. For those who appreciate the outdoor world and enjoy it to the fullest, our wooden adult-size tree house is an open-air structure which blends into nature, perfect for relaxation day and night! The view to the sea and the comfortable sitting area will seduce you to spend your days reading your favorite book or enjoying a drink while the sun is setting.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
