The unique location of the villa offers our guests’ privacy as well as convenience since the villa is located only a few kilometers away from the cosmopolitan town of Mykonos. The traditional Greek touch is fused with the luxurious and tasteful design of the villa and the colorful sunset view complete the perfect picture that makes every Greek myth a reality.Villa Auresea is one of the most unique and exclusive villas in Mykonos and offers the widest range and most inclusive services and facilities a villa in Mykonos could offer. Our Villa is an exceptional and rare jewel on the beautiful island of Mykonos. It is located in Aleomandra area, a magnificent, first-rate location facing the famous island Delos and its colorful sunsets.
The construction and architecture of the villa is a flawless combination of modern and traditional Mykonian. The house is surrounded by a very spacious white-marble terrace and superb huge pond-style waterfront infinity pool. Various terraces and relaxation areas embrace the property. In the pool, the beautiful marble deck with comfortable sun-chairs promise a relaxing morning, the two spacious outdoor dining and BBQ areas are perfect for cocktail parties and open-air dinners.
The comfortable living room is decorated with elegant and modern white furniture’s. The living room combined with open-style kitchen and formal dining area features large windows and balconies overlooking the pool and the sea, offering a panoramic view of the Aegean even while indoors. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The upper floor features a master bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all having their own en suite bathrooms and private terraces.
Two guesthouses are located below the swimming pool. Two side stairs from the swimming pool can access the guesthouses. One has its own kitchen, bathroom, and a double bedroom and living room area and the other one bathrooms double bedroom and a small living room area. One more guesthouse is located at the entrance of the Villa, and has a king sized bed with en suite bathroom and view of the sea and Sunset.
In addition, guests from the villa are offered a mobile phone during time of check- in to facilitate 24hour communication with the front desk.
This villa is the absolute representation of luxury combined with the warm and friendly feeling that rises from the way it was designed. It is located just 4 km away from Mykonos Town and 1.5km from Ornos beach

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
