Just ten minutes from the village of Gaios, Okeanis Villa has been thoughtfully curated to offer effortless island living. Sun-drenched terraces, a private infinity pool framed by olive trees, and panoramic views of the endless blue make it a haven for relaxation and connection. The villa’s interiors reflect modern Greek island architecture at its most refined, blending cool tones, natural textures, and minimalist sophistication. The villa features three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private terrace. A dedicated children’s bedroom adds convenience and comfort for families traveling together. The open-plan living and dining areas provide a welcoming space to gather, relax, and enjoy the views, while the fully equipped modern kitchen is ready for anything from casual breakfasts to long, candlelit dinners.
Outside, multiple terraces offer spaces for slow mornings, poolside afternoons, or al fresco evenings under the stars. The private infinity pool with elegant wooden decking invites leisurely swims while taking in the panorama of the Ionian Sea. Additional outdoor areas provide ample space for sunbathing, shaded lounging, and dining with family or friends.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool and all outdoor spaces. Upon arrival, a personalized welcome package featuring local Paxos delicacies introduces visitors to the island’s authentic hospitality.
Okeanis Villa operates seasonally from May to October. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, and pool use is at guests’ own risk, with supervision required for children.
Perched on Paxos’ eastern coast, the villa enjoys a serene and elevated position, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and overlooking the deep blue Ionian Sea. Despite its tranquil setting, the main village of Gaios is just a ten-minute drive away, offering charming tavernas, boutique shops, and a lively harbor. From here, guests can explore the island’s most enchanting beaches, discover hidden coves accessible only by boat, and wander through centuries-old olive groves, all while enjoying the privacy afforded by the villa’s elevated position.
For ease of transportation, a rental car is recommended, though local taxis can be arranged through the concierge. The nearest international airport is Corfu International Airport, from which Paxos can be reached by hydrofoil or private sea taxi in approximately one hour. The team can also arrange seamless airport transfers, including private transport and car rental services upon arrival in Gaios.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
