The villa comprises two connected units, with a vast and distinct pool area facing the Aegean. Landscaping is carefully maintained, and the decoration is modern with elegance and an artistic touch.
The front side of all units offers wide expanses of sea and sky, while the back-side terraces open onto a hilly landscape with olive groves, vineyards, old stone walls, and local plants and trees.
A driveway leads to the main entrances, which are hillside. The two neighboring units of the villa are connected by large terraces and walkways.

Unit 1: Upon entering, guests will find a large living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen. A corridor leads to the bedrooms set apart, including the master bedroom with a private sheltered pergola and a second double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms also provide direct access to the front terrace with sea views. The front pergola of Unit 1 features a stone dining table and a sitting area offering a peaceful, commanding view of the sea, the village windmill and the small church of Agios Giorgos.

Connected Unit 2: This unit offers a spacious open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. A corridor leads to two double bedrooms with sea views and one single bedroom with mountain views, all with en-suite bathrooms. The south terrace is shaded by a canopy of sail-like structures and opens onto a vineyard, making it an ideal setting for lunch or dinner.

On the first floor, accessible via an independent outdoor staircase, there is a separate double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and its own terrace protected by a sun canopy. This space offers privacy and exclusive sea views.

A key advantage of the villa’s distributed layout is the flexibility it provides, allowing guests to enjoy shared moments while also maintaining privacy. Teenagers and seniors can share the Greek experience comfortably without encroaching on one another’s lifestyle.

The swimming pool is suitable for lap swimming, measuring 18 x 4 meters, and also includes a knee-deep area for children. The pool and its large terrace are slightly set apart and lower than the main living areas, creating a space entirely dedicated to relaxation. A newly installed pergola by the pool includes an outdoor kitchen with a plancha.

The well-maintained Mediterranean garden, featuring aromatic herbs, olive trees and vineyards, enhances the villa’s serene atmosphere.

Sandy beaches, including beach clubs such as Faragas and Piso Aliki, are only a few minutes away by car. Nearby Aliki is a charming fishing village with inviting fish tavernas and seaside restaurants, offering all essential services such as a traditional bakery, fish market, supermarket, kiosks, pharmacy and ATM.
