The front side of all units offers wide expanses of sea and sky, while the back-side terraces open onto a hilly landscape with olive groves, vineyards, old stone walls, and local plants and trees.
A driveway leads to the main entrances, which are hillside. The two neighboring units of the villa are connected by large terraces and walkways.
Unit 1: Upon entering, guests will find a large living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen. A corridor leads to the bedrooms set apart, including the master bedroom with a private sheltered pergola and a second double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. These rooms also provide direct access to the front terrace with sea views. The front pergola of Unit 1 features a stone dining table and a sitting area offering a peaceful, commanding view of the sea, the village windmill and the small church of Agios Giorgos.
Connected Unit 2: This unit offers a spacious open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. A corridor leads to two double bedrooms with sea views and one single bedroom with mountain views, all with en-suite bathrooms. The south terrace is shaded by a canopy of sail-like structures and opens onto a vineyard, making it an ideal setting for lunch or dinner.
On the first floor, accessible via an independent outdoor staircase, there is a separate double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and its own terrace protected by a sun canopy. This space offers privacy and exclusive sea views.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
