This spacious villa spans an impressive 235 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Set across two levels, the ground floor features a beautifully styled open-plan living area seamlessly integrated with the kitchen and dining space, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished veranda providing direct access to the swimming pool.
Upstairs, there are two master bedrooms with queen-sized beds, each with its own private bathroom—one equipped with a bathtub, the other with a shower. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms that can be converted into queen-sized beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower. Every bedroom offers stunning views of the sea and pool, ensuring a luxurious and memorable stay.
The villa boasts its own private grounds, including a swimming pool, a heated 6-person jacuzzi, and a built-in BBQ. A dividing wall separates the two Artemis Villas, making it possible for larger groups to book both villas together (ideal for up to 20 guests). Guests can also enjoy meals from the owners’ two restaurants, with the option to arrange dinner delivery directly to the villa.
Villa Mandraki is part of a pair of luxurious vacation residences near the village of Katastari, Zakynthos, each accommodating up to 10 guests. Both villas feature modern, elegant interiors and are conveniently close to Alykes. The two properties, similar in design, can also be rented together for larger groups. Each villa boasts its own private grounds, a heated swimming pool, a six-seat heated jacuzzi, and a BBQ area, with a fence ensuring complete privacy.
Inside, each villa offers a spacious living area connected to a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, as well as a furnished terrace with direct access to the pool.
The complex is situated near the traditional village of Katastari, the largest on Zakynthos. The popular resort town of Alykes, known for its sandy, organized beach, lies just 2 km from the village center. As the island’s most populous village, Katastari provides a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. History enthusiasts will enjoy a visit to the Agios Ioannes Prodromos Monastery, dating back to the 16th century.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
