With a total living area of 400 sqm and set within 1,000 sqm of landscaped outdoor space, Villa Thesoro is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in existing beds and 5 additional guests on sofa beds in the bedrooms. The ground floor features a living area with a sofa, a 55’’ Smart Satellite TV, and a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six guests create the perfect setting for family gatherings. This level also includes two bedrooms, both with double beds, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower. The first floor hosts two more bedrooms, both with king-size beds, sofa beds, and private ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. The second floor includes two more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, A/C, and a 32’’ TV. Both rooms also feature comfortable sofa beds, providing flexibility for larger groups while ensuring privacy and comfort.
Outdoors, Villa Thesoro embodies the essence of luxury living in Chania. The private heated swimming pool (40 sqm, 1.50 m depth) is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The highlight of the outdoor area is the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for up to 20 guests. A pergola-shaded dining area and a barbecue corner featuring both charcoal and gas grills, along with a traditional wood stove, create the perfect atmosphere for al fresco meals and gatherings with family or friends. The spacious outdoor terrace is also ideal for yoga sessions, meditation, or simply enjoying the serenity of the Apokoronas countryside. Upon request, yoga mattresses can be provided to enhance your wellness experience. Private parking is available on the property for 6-7 cars.
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C, depending on weather conditions. Three days' advance notice is required for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. Three days' advance notice is required for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.
Villa Thesoro is part of a complex, which consists of two villas owned and managed by the same host, located next to each other and connected by an outdoor bridge. Guests can choose any villa based on the size and needs of their group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay. Villa Thesoro can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in the existing beds and 5 more in sofa beds. Villa Thesora can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
