Villa Thesoro is a three-story villa with a total living area of 400 m² and accommodates up to 12 guests in existing beds, with space for 5 additional guests on sofa beds. It features open living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor area includes a heated private swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for up to 20 guests, a barbecue area with charcoal and gas grills, and a pergola-shaded dining space. The spacious terrace is perfect for yoga, meditation, or simply enjoying the serene surroundings.
Villa Thesora is a multi-level contemporary villa designed for wellness and relaxation. It includes a dedicated yoga space, jacuzzi, sauna, and balconies with panoramic sea views. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and features open-plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and multiple bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor area includes a private pool, sun loungers, barbecue facilities, and a pergola-shaded dining area. Surrounded by olive trees and lush greenery, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea and the White Mountains.
The swimming pools in both villas can be heated upon request. From March to June and September to November, heating is free via a pool heat pump at around 26–27°C with three days’ advance notice. During July and August, pool heating is available at an additional cost with the same advance notice.
Villas Thesoroas are ideal for larger groups, as both villas are located next to each other and connected by an outdoor bridge. Guests can choose one or both villas depending on the size and needs of their group, ensuring a perfect and comfortable stay in the heart of Crete.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
