Set within a fenced 10,000 m² olive grove and enclosed by walled gardens, Villa Zefiros is a secluded sanctuary where timeless architectural traditions meet contemporary design aesthetics. The villa spans 300 m² of interior space, divided between a Main House and a Guest House, connected by 250 m² of outdoor living areas, all conceived to dissolve the boundary between indoor comfort and outdoor living.
An award-winning design by Greek PEOPLE Architects, the villa draws inspiration from traditional Messinian building practices, using stone walls, wooden elements and natural materials. All interior and exterior furniture, decoration, lighting and fittings are curated by the Belgian interior designers of Feelathome. The result is a calm and harmonious environment that minimises visual stimuli and encourages deep relaxation.
Full-height sliding doors create a seamless connection between the interior and the expansive outdoor spaces. Shaded pergolas, a generous bar, inviting seating and dining areas, and a 13 × 4 m infinity pool with a shallow beach-style platform define the Megaron, the villa’s central gathering space with a fire hearth, inspired by Mycenaean palaces. A large, fully equipped outdoor kitchen invites relaxed cooking and open-air grilling.
The Main House hosts all primary living spaces, including a spacious sitting and dining area, an open-plan kitchen, a cozy TV room that can also function as a spare fifth bedroom, and a boutique-style 56 m² master suite with its own private terrace.
Three spacious guest suites, each measuring 30 m², are designed for comfort and independence. Each suite features an open-plan bathroom and a private 10 m² terrace, offering peace, privacy and spectacular views.
All bedrooms are equipped with 180 cm-wide beds, premium mattresses and high-quality bedding. Generous storage, soothing materials and carefully designed lighting ensure a restful stay for every guest. All rooms are air-conditioned, while the Main House also features underfloor heating for the cooler months.
The villa sits discreetly within a mature olive grove, framed by a Mediterranean garden designed by renowned landscape architects Wirtz International. The garden is planted with fruit trees, flowering shrubs and fragrant herbs, all carefully selected native Messinian species. Ample parking is available beneath the trees.
The layout ensures complete privacy while maximising uninterrupted views of the sea, bay, lagoon, islands and beaches, visible from nearly every corner of the property. Every sunset becomes an unforgettable moment.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
