The villa’s impressive entrance leads through a heavy wooden door into the living and dining area. The living room includes a fitted bar with all the essentials to prepare coffee or drinks and features a TV ensemble. An additional dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, offers large windows to provide the option of indoor or outdoor dining for up to 10 guests, while the outdoor dining area can accommodate larger groups.

Villa Eryndra features a fully equipped modern kitchen, which can be partially closed off for privacy and is ideal for preparing both everyday meals and elaborate culinary creations. A guest WC and shower room is also provided. Every room and corner of the villa is equipped with modern lighting systems, allowing guests to set the perfect ambiance at any time of day.

The extended gardens showcase a carefully composed variety of local flora, blending harmoniously with the surrounding environment. High-quality materials have been used throughout the property. The professional kitchen, complete with pantry space, offers ample room for preparing events or parties for up to 60 guests and connects to a covered outdoor dining area seating up to 16, complemented by a bar and full sea views.

The property offers a total of seven beautifully designed bedrooms, each combining comfort, privacy, and refined style.

There are two Master Bedrooms, measuring 35 m² and 34 m², both featuring king-size beds, spacious dressing closets, and en-suite bathrooms, one of which is open plan. Each master bedroom enjoys sea views and its own private veranda with an outdoor hot tub, providing an exclusive space to relax. These bedrooms are accessed from the main entrance of the house.

The villa also includes three Deluxe Double Bedrooms. Two are equipped with double beds, while one offers twin beds with the option to convert into a double. All feature en-suite open-plan bathrooms. One Deluxe Sea View room (34 m²) has a private exterior entrance, a large dressing closet, sea views, and balcony doors offering direct access to the pool area. Another Deluxe Room (32 m²) includes a private exterior entrance and abundant natural daylight.

The Family Suite, spanning 70 m², is designed as an open-plan space combining a sitting and sleeping area, a large open wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The suite can be partially separated with an impressive sliding paravan door and can accommodate one extra adult or two young children on a sofa bed. It is filled with natural daylight, features a king-size bed, and has its own exterior entrance.

Finally, the King’s Suite is completely secluded within the garden and offers the highest level of privacy. Covering 138 m², it features a private heated and jetted pool with sun deck, a living room, a guest WC, and a bedroom with a walk-through dressing area leading to an en-suite bathroom. The suite includes a king-size bed and can host one additional adult or two young children on a sofa bed.

All bathrooms across the property are luxurious en-suite designer marble bathrooms, equipped with modern shower cabins and separate WC facilities where applicable.

Villa Eryndra also provides daily complimentary maid service, 24/7 concierge services, and optional 24/7 gate access control. Local electricity and water supply are supported by backup generators and a water tank, ensuring a seamless stay without interruptions.
