The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The main entrance opens onto the ground floor, revealing a luminous and sociable open space divided into three areas. To the left lies a contemporary kitchen with a wall of white cabinetry and a central island. Straight ahead, a large L-shaped sofa faces a full wall of sliding glass doors that open completely toward the sea and the headland of Kassiopi. Beyond the lounge is a dining area sharing the same impressive views. With its minimalist aesthetic, white walls and ceilings, pale sandy flooring and bright airy atmosphere, this space perfectly expresses the villa’s overall style.

Behind the dining area, an opening leads to a vestibule where the first bedroom is located. This double-twin room includes a spacious en-suite shower room, captivating sea views and direct access to the main terrace. The ground floor also features a second double-twin bedroom accessed from the main terrace and the garden at the side of the house. This room offers a full glass wall, an en-suite shower room and beautiful sea views.

From the far corner of the communal area, a staircase leads upward past a guest WC to the first-floor landing, which also has independent access from the terraced gardens at the rear. The first floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms. The main bedroom is a spacious double featuring an in-room bathtub, an en-suite shower room, magnificent sea and headland views and sliding glass doors opening onto a panoramic terrace. The second bedroom is also a double with an en-suite shower room, equally impressive views and its own private terrace.

The outdoor living spaces are arranged across three main tiers. All ground-floor rooms open onto a long terrace running the full length of the façade. At one end, this terrace opens onto a lawn bordered by a panoramic lounge area on one side and a shaded dining space on the other, complete with a large built-in barbecue, a wood-fired oven and a sink. A few steps from either end lead down to the inviting infinity pool, surrounded by paved sun terraces and rows of loungers.

From the main entrance, steps ascend to the terraced gardens behind the house. Also accessible from the first-floor landing, this secluded area is framed by colourful flowerbeds, stone walls and olive trees swaying in the sea breeze. A table and chairs invite relaxed conversations over coffee or wine, while a covered pool table beneath the extended roof looks out toward the sea. The first-floor bedrooms arguably enjoy the most spectacular views thanks to their expansive panoramic terraces overlooking the sea, the headland and beaches of Kassiopi, and the mountains of Albania on the horizon. The outdoor areas are completed by the sloping gardens below the pool, landscaped with lawns and scattered olive trees.
