Villa Milara

Two simple concepts define the villa’s outdoor areas where comfort and generous space prevail, enhanced by the use of pergolas and natural stone. A lounge area with a large wooden dining table is featured on the spacious front terrace by the pool, offering spectacular views and a relaxing atmosphere. From the pool area, breathtaking views of Mykonos Town, Tinos, Baos and Delos create a magical setting for relaxation, meditation or yoga.

Indoors, Villa Milara offers excellent accommodation facilities distinguished by harmonious colors, elegant decoration and beautiful touches inspired by Cycladic art and architecture.

Microcement flooring covers the entire building and is combined with the traditional Mykonian wooden roof and Cycladic architectural elements such as built-in features and arches, creating an impressive atmosphere that perfectly complements the original artwork and designer furniture.

Villa Milara consists of two independent Cycladic-style villas and two separate guesthouses that provide additional privacy. All spaces are decorated in the traditional Mykonos style and comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms.

The villa includes 6 full bathrooms, 1 WC and all necessary amenities including Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning in all bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two living room areas.

The first building consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, accommodating up to 4 guests.

The second building consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 WC, also accommodating up to 4 guests.

Below the pool area there are two large guest houses with beautiful views, each accommodating 2 to 4 guests with two single beds and a sofa that converts into a bunk bed for two people.

Villa Milara is one of the most distinctive properties in Mykonos, as its traditional core has been revived through a spectacular and meticulous renovation that places it among the island’s most exclusive residences. Guests who appreciate elegant décor, thoughtful spaces and exceptional holiday experiences will cherish every moment spent in this remarkable summer retreat.

The villa is conveniently located near supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, beach bars, hair and nail salons, pharmacies, car and bike rentals and ATMs. Within 3 km you can reach the famous Ornos beach, ideal for families as well as groups of friends.

Other well-known beaches of the island such as Psarou, home to the famous beach club Nammos, Paraga with the well-known Scorpios beach club, Panormos with Principote and Tropicana beach bar are located approximately 6 to 10 km away.

Mykonos airport is approximately 6 km away and the port around 9 km away.

Transfers to and from the airport or port can be arranged by our team. Guests are welcomed at the villa for check-in and key collection. Early check-in can be accommodated depending on availability.

The Villa Manager is available at any time should you need assistance. Our concierge team can also help arrange experiences such as private boat cruises, in-villa catering, restaurant and club reservations, spa treatments and beauty services. Please note that due to older municipal infrastructure on the island, occasional power outages and, in rare cases, water supply interruptions may occur. These are generally short-lived and are related to the island’s infrastructure rather than the property itself. Like most villas in Mykonos, the property is not equipped with a generator.
