Villa Ametista

This 120 m² villa is arranged over two floors connected by a marble staircase and is located just 200 meters from the private beach, which can be accessed directly through the property. Guests enjoy a designated beach area equipped with private sunbeds, umbrellas, cushions, and coffee tables.

The villa’s interior features a romantic decorative style with soft colors, combining elegant white tones with natural earth shades. The design incorporates many natural materials such as wood, stone, brick, glass, and tile, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the villa offers a minimal yet comfortable living room with a sofa-bed and a flat satellite TV, overlooking the pool. The space is complemented by a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining stand and seating area, ideal for relaxed meals. A guest WC is also located on this level. The ground floor includes an accessible bedroom with a queen-size double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony. In two of the villas, this bathroom is wheelchair-friendly. This bedroom was designed especially for guests who prefer to avoid using stairs daily, or who may have mobility limitations or a disability.

The first floor features two additional bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen-size double bed and a private balcony, while the second has a loft-style design with two standard single beds, which can be converted into one double bed upon request. A main bathroom serves this floor.

Outside, the villa opens to a spacious private outdoor area designed for comfort and relaxation. A private patio surrounds a 30 m² swimming pool, accompanied by a generous dining space with a dining table, dining couch, and armchairs facing the pool. Sunbeds, umbrellas, coffee tables, and lounge furniture are arranged beside the pool, creating an ideal space for enjoying the sun. The outdoor area also includes a hot-water outdoor shower, a private barbecue, and a private garden, along with dedicated parking spaces for secure parking.

The villa is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests are provided with superior quality bath and beach towels, premium linens, duvets, and mattresses, as well as queen and king sized beds, slippers, organic toiletries, and hairdryers. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi access, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, safety deposit boxes, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and tile or marble flooring. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board and a private entrance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchenware, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, espresso machine, and washing machine, as well as a breakfast and snack area.

Guests benefit from a range of services throughout their stay, including regular housekeeping, daily pool and garden maintenance, and unlimited access to the resort’s facilities. Baby high chairs and cots are also available upon request, while sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for both poolside and beach use.

 

Villa Ametista is part of an exclusive complex of five private villas designed for relaxation and authentic seaside living. Guests staying at the villa enjoy free and unlimited access to a range of on-site sports and leisure activities, including a tennis court with equipment provided, table tennis (ping-pong) with equipment, a basketball court with basketballs available, and a small chapel. Life vests are also available for guests, and everyone is welcome to participate in our beach cleanup initiatives.

The complex is also a sister property of a beach resort, where our guests are welcome to enjoy additional facilities and services, including the reception and help desk, beach bar, restaurant (with villa delivery service available), water sports station, massage services, and breakfast service at an additional charge. Guests also have access to a free outdoor gym, tennis court, and basketball court located at the resort.
