Accommodating up to six guests, Villa Lamperi is perfectly suited for both intimate escapes and stays with family or friends. The interiors combine modern convenience with refined design, creating an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication throughout the property. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area furnished with stylish wooden pieces, a television, a dining space, and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, along with a sofa bed for additional guests. On this level there are also two large en suite bedrooms, each featuring king size double beds and generous wardrobe space.
On the first floor, the villa offers a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a king size bed, and ample storage. This room includes a distinctive standalone bathtub and a sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests. From here, guests can enjoy beautiful views over the swimming pool and gardens while also benefiting from a sense of privacy and separation from the rest of the group when desired.
In total, the villa offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with showers. Several bedrooms open directly onto surrounding terraces, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning for both hot and cold settings, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
Villa Lamperi is part of the an exclusive luxury villas collection, a private enclave of four villas set in a peaceful location on the island of Corfu. It is ideally positioned just about ten minutes from Corfu town and approximately twenty minutes from Palaiokastritsa, allowing guests to enjoy both the lively atmosphere of the city and the island’s more tranquil natural beauty.
Privacy is a defining feature of the villa, creating a secluded sanctuary where guests can fully relax and recharge. Outdoor amenities further enhance the experience, including a heated swimming pool measuring seven by four meters with a depth of 1.70 meters, sun loungers with umbrellas, a private jacuzzi, a barbecue area, and comfortable modern outdoor furniture. There is also a covered terrace with a dining area, private parking, board games, gym equipment, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Sheets and towels are provided for all guests, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
