Villa Eklekta is a refined family retreat set high above the shimmering waters of Foinikas Bay on the island of Syros, where every detail has been designed to celebrate comfort, togetherness, and the island’s timeless beauty.

The villa features four elegant queen bedrooms, each opening to calming bay views and fitted with traditional wooden shutters and air conditioning for year-round comfort. The sleeping arrangements are complemented by two en-suite bathrooms with modern showers, a spacious family bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks, and an additional separate WC. On request, families can also enjoy thoughtful touches such as a children’s tent-style bed and a baby cot.

At the heart of the home lies a bright open-plan living space that blends kitchen, dining, and lounge areas into one inviting social hub. A large dining table for eight sets the stage for shared meals, while the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a central island, Bora cooktop, built-in oven and microwave, and a Nespresso machine for slow island mornings. The living area, framed by expansive bay-view windows, includes a fireplace, a large TV, and a relaxed atmosphere that flows naturally between indoors and outdoors.

Outside, Villa Eklekta unfolds into a series of serene living spaces designed for every moment of the day. Guests can gather at the poolside dining area for up to ten people, relax on sun loungers, unwind in shaded seating, or enjoy the unique sunken lounge beside the pool. A secure rear courtyard offers a safe, enclosed space ideal for children, while a peaceful morning coffee corner near the charming village church adds a quiet ritual to the day.

Set within the grounds, a beautifully preserved old well and a small white chapel, part of the land’s rich history, add a sense of heritage and authenticity. A dedicated yoga and exercise area invites slow mornings of movement and meditation, all framed by sweeping views of the Aegean Sea.

As evening falls, the villa transforms into a tranquil sanctuary. Even on cooler nights, guests can settle into the sunken lounge beside the pool, warmed by the glow of an electric fireplace, as the sky turns deep indigo and stars emerge over the bay. A glass of local Syros wine completes the atmosphere of effortless island living.

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, with secure on-site parking and self-check-in for ease and privacy. Only a few discreet storage or staff areas remain off-limits.
