Lambes Beach can be reached in just two minutes by car or about ten minutes on foot. Costa Navarino and Pylos, approximately 16 km away, can be reached in around twenty minutes. Voidokilia Bay and many other beautiful beaches are also nearby. Kalamata International Airport is about one hour away by car and offers direct seasonal flights from Germany, Switzerland and Austria, while Athens can be reached in approximately three and a half hours by car.
The villa is designed entirely on one level and welcomes guests through an entrance that opens directly into the main living area. From the living and dining space there is direct access to the terraces and the pool. Four en-suite double bedrooms open onto private terraces and the garden, creating a seamless connection with the outdoor areas. One bedroom includes a connected children’s room with a bunk bed for two children, making it particularly suitable for families. There is also a guest WC. The house is perfectly suited for active families or groups looking for a modern, comfortable and private base close to beaches, water sports and the many amenities of Costa Navarino.
The architecture combines contemporary design with Mediterranean character. The villa offers four equally sized double bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with sea views. Two bedrooms face west, offering beautiful sunset views, while the other two face east, welcoming the sunrise. Two of the bedrooms also include dedicated workspaces. The open-plan living and dining area features a large fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining table for eight guests, with direct access to a shaded patio, the pool and the garden. Large glass openings allow abundant natural light and uninterrupted views of the sea and surrounding landscape.
The interior style is minimalist and timeless, with clean architectural lines, high-quality materials and a neutral colour palette. Carefully selected furniture and elegant details create a warm and refined Mediterranean atmosphere. The large glass fronts ensure a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Outside, the property features a freshwater swimming pool measuring 12 by 5 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres. Around the pool are comfortable loungers and shaded relaxation areas. The outdoor dining area accommodates up to ten guests and includes an OFYR grill, built-in seating with cushions and spacious terraces with sun umbrellas and regista chairs. The outdoor spaces also include an outdoor shower and several areas designed for relaxation around the pool. The enclosed garden features exterior lighting, a carport for two vehicles and additional shaded parking.
The villa is fully equipped with modern facilities including air conditioning throughout, central climate control, underfloor heating and cooling, and a fireplace. Guests benefit from Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system and two dedicated workstations. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob with extractor, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, drinks fridge, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, soda machine and all necessary cookware and kitchen basics such as oil, salt and pepper. Additional amenities include pool towels, beach towels, beach bags, laundry facilities with washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, mosquito screens, a baby travel cot, children’s beach toys and yoga mats.
Guests are welcomed with a meet and greet service and the support of a house manager, with concierge assistance available if needed. Interior cleaning is provided and linen and towels are changed every three to four days. Concierge services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The villa’s location also offers easy access to many activities and cultural sites. Lambes Beach is just a short drive or a ten-minute walk away and offers sandy shores, beach bars and water sports rentals. Costa Navarino, about twenty minutes away, provides four world-class golf courses as well as restaurants, events and cultural programming. The famous Voidokilia Bay can be reached in approximately thirty minutes by car. The nearby village of Finikounda offers boat and bicycle rentals and scenic excursions towards Koroni. Historical sites such as Methoni Castle, about ten minutes away, Pylos about twenty minutes away, Koroni around thirty minutes away and Nestor’s Palace approximately forty-five minutes away allow guests to explore the rich heritage of the region. The surrounding landscape also offers opportunities for hiking through olive groves, cycling, sport climbing about ten minutes away, as well as water sports and golf.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
