Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass openings enhance the sense of space and connect the interior seamlessly with the outdoor areas and the sea beyond. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area designed for six guests. This level also hosts one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and peaceful mountain views, as well as a separate guest WC.
The first floor accommodates two stylish bedrooms, each offering a private ensuite bathroom and its own balcony. The master bedroom enjoys unobstructed sea views, providing a serene and calming setting, while the second bedroom overlooks the surrounding natural landscape and mountains.
One of the villa’s most distinctive features is its private rooftop retreat. This elevated space includes a king-size bed, two 43” Smart TVs, a private jacuzzi accommodating up to six guests, a minibar, and an open-air bathroom with a shower. The retractable roof allows guests to transform the space, offering the opportunity to relax under the open sky while listening to the soothing sound of the sea.
On the lower level, guests will find a dedicated private massage studio designed to promote wellness and relaxation. Professional massage treatments can be arranged upon request, offering a personalized spa experience within the privacy of the villa. The studio operates exclusively by appointment.
The outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed to embrace the essence of beachfront living. The private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, offers the perfect place to relax while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and coastal views. Comfortable lounge areas invite guests to unwind throughout the day, whether sunbathing, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or watching the sunset over the sea. A small private garden positioned at the rear of the villa adds an additional peaceful outdoor space.
A fully equipped BBQ area provides the ideal setting for outdoor dining and shared moments with family and friends, while the spacious private parking area ensures convenience and ease of access.
Directly in front of the villa, four umbrellas and eight sunbeds are provided exclusively for guests’ private use, allowing effortless enjoyment of the sea just steps away. Additionally, a charming shaded area with mature trees is located between the villa and the shoreline, creating a natural retreat. Beneath the trees, an outdoor dining area for up to eight guests offers a unique setting for meals surrounded by nature and sea views.
The swimming pool can be heated from March until the end of May and from 15th September until the end of November, upon request and free of charge, by a pool heat pump at about 26–27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3 days’ advance notice for this facility. Kindly note that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.
Villa Lythera is part of a villas complex that includes two twin villas, located next to each other. Each villa offers autonomy, its own facilities, and a private pool.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
