Villa Dionysa was inherited from the owners’ grandparents, fulfilling their dream of establishing their own veterinary clinic. During the clinic’s construction, they discovered two ancient caves carved into the volcanic soil, naturally keeping a cool and refreshing atmosphere. Inspired by this, they decided to restore the caves, preserving their unique architecture, and transformed them into two stunning homes, welcoming anyone who wishes to experience the charm of this extraordinary island.Discover a retreat designed for comfort, style, and privacy. The two spacious double bedrooms each feature fully equipped private bathrooms, open mini closets, individually controlled fan coil systems for personalized cooling and heating, and flat-screen TV. The living area offers a sofa-bed that converts into a single bed, perfect for extra guests, along with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and YouTube. A small collection of books is also available for those who enjoy quiet moments of reading.
The dining area comfortably accommodates friends and family, with a kitchenette nearby to prepare your favorite meals. Step outside to your private yard, where a heated jacuzzi and a cozy coffee table create an inviting space for peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

Pyrgos stands out as the highest village on the island, perched amphitheatrically atop a hill that offers breathtaking views of Santorini in nearly every direction. At the summit lie the ruins of a Venetian castle (“kasteli”), which once served as the island’s administrative center. The village is a charming example of medieval architecture, with narrow, labyrinthine streets, fortified lanes, and hidden passageways. Today, Pyrgos is surrounded by picturesque blue-domed churches and lush vineyards, blending history and beauty in every corner.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
