The ground level includes a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor living room area designed for relaxed gatherings. This level also features two en-suite bedrooms with king size beds (180x200). A small lounge area with a jacuzzi provides an additional space to unwind.
The upper level hosts one en-suite bedroom with a king size bed (180x200), offering privacy and beautiful views.
The lower level includes a comfortable TV room, one en-suite bedroom with a king size bed (180x200) with natural light but no direct view, a fully equipped gym, a hammam, and a laundry room.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool with the possibility of heating upon request at an additional cost. This level also includes a BBQ area and a spacious outdoor dining area ideal for meals under the open sky.
Villa Heritage offers four double en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a safe box, with bed sizes of 180x200 cm. The property includes a fully equipped professional Bulthaup kitchen with air conditioning and high-end Gaggenau and Subzero appliances. All bedrooms are furnished with Coco-Mat beds and feature amenities from Suzanne Kaufmann, along with the finest towels and luxury bed linen.
The villa also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, WiFi access throughout the entire property, and Bang & Olufsen and B&W WiFi Airplay speakers installed throughout the villa. Guests benefit from private covered parking and a covered outdoor lunch and dining pergola. The outdoor spaces include a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, several chill-out areas, and a complete outdoor lighting system. The property also features a heated pool with a shower and WC, as well as a heated jacuzzi.
Guests benefit from daily light cleaning service, change of linen and towels twice per week, professional pool cleaning and maintenance, garden maintenance, and 24/7 support from the villa team.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
