The property consists of a complex of three suites, each designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests and ensure a seamless, stress-free holiday experience. Guests can enjoy elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces, including three beautiful infinity pools with spa features, spacious terraces and sun decks, and generous, comfortable interiors. Villa Boreale embodies effortless, carefree living, complemented by high-end facilities and attentive, premium services that create a memorable and unique holiday experience.Villa Boreale is composed of elegantly designed suites that blend comfort, functionality, and a strong connection to the surrounding Cycladic landscape. The property features three main suites, each offering approximately 49 m², 44 m², and 43 m² of interior space. When including their expansive verandas, the total areas extend to about 69 m², 74 m², and 73 m² respectively.
Each suite is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests and includes a single bedroom furnished with one double bed, along with two additional single sofa beds in the living area for added flexibility. Every suite has its own private bathroom.
The interiors are centered around a bright living room with large windows that invite natural light and frame views of the outdoors. Adjacent to this is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that offers both indoor seating for four guests and an additional outdoor dining space for al fresco meals.
Outdoor living is a key highlight of Villa Boreale. On the ground floor, each suite opens onto spacious verandas that flow seamlessly into a shared pool deck. Here, guests can enjoy swimming pools with dedicated spa-style areas, outdoor showers, and uninterrupted views over the Cycladic landscape.
All suites are arranged on a single level, with one exception: a suite featuring a raised sleeping area accessed by an interior design ladder, adding a distinctive architectural touch to the space.
Villa Boreale is located in Agia Varvara, a peaceful area just 3.5 km from the port and 1 km from Agios Sostis beach, offering easy access to some of Tinos’ most beautiful shores. Designed to blend harmoniously with the natural landscape, the villa provides privacy and stunning views of the authentic Cycladic scenery.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
