Villa Empyrean is a luxury 5-bedroom villa located in the area of Tholos near Kavoussi in east Crete. Set on a serene hillside above Tholos Beach, the villa is a modern retreat that blends minimalist architecture with panoramic sea and mountain views. Located just 1 km from the beach, the property comprises a main house and a guest house, designed for privacy and effortless comfort.

The interior of Villa Empyrean is modern, bright, and designed for comfortable living. Large windows fill the spaces with natural light and open the rooms to beautiful sea views. The main living area features cozy blue-toned seating and connects directly to the pool terrace, while the open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for easy meal preparation and relaxed gatherings.

The villa has five bedrooms in total. In the main house, there are two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a bunk bed and a desk. In the guest house, there are three bedrooms, including two double bedrooms and one additional room with a bunk bed and a desk.

The outdoor areas of Villa Empyrean are designed for relaxation, privacy, and enjoying the beautiful views of Tholos Bay. The main terrace features a spacious infinity pool surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and shaded seating, creating the perfect spot for swimming or unwinding throughout the day. On the terrace of the main house, guests can enjoy a jacuzzi with open views of the sea and the surrounding hills. The guest house offers an additional highlight: a small rooftop pool. Across the property, there are three outdoor dining areas and an outdoor home cinema perfect for relaxed movie nights.

Access to the property includes a short unpaved section, and a suitable vehicle is recommended. There is private parking available on-site.

Booking and Payment terms

Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.

The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.

Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.

In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.

Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.

Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
