The villa, covers a total area of 160 m2 and is laid out on three levels; it is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The ground floor, of 46 m2, allows direct access to the swimming pool. It includes the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom.
The 1stfloor, of 67 m2, consists of one big space; a kitchen –dining room and a comfortable living-room with a fireplace and a WC. The spacious balcony of this floor also allows access to the garden and swimming pool.
The 2ndfloor of 47 m2, includes two bedrooms with spacious closets and a large bathroom with shower. This floor also provides balconies with a lovely view and an external atrium of 20 m2.
The interior of the villa is designed with a refined sense of aesthetics, and combines modern amenities of a vacation residence with the simplicity of a quiet refuge. This makes Villa Amonie an ideal destination for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
Outdoors the area surrounding the villa covers 2000 m2 and includes a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, barbeque and a beautifully maintained garden. All external spaces and verandas provide comfortable sitting facilities and above all an endless view of the idyllic lake. There is ample parking space. Pets are not permitted.
Lake Vouliagmeni or Heraion in Perachora, is considered a “Landscape of Great Natural Beauty” surrounded by rich pine forest. The lake is about 550 m wide and 1.825 m long and its biggest depth is 48 meters. It is surrounded by picturesque taverns, a beach bar and a kiosk. In the same region Proto-Hellenic settlements were discovered which indicate that the area was already inhabited 3000 BC. The mountain, covered with pine trees, which literally dives into the water, is the natural ending of the Gerania mountain range. This wooded mountain landscape of the greater region is often visited by various nature lovers, motorcyclists, etc.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
