Villa Cordelia uniquely combines a two-bedroom cave residence (“yposkafo”) with an adjoining spacious suite, both offering stunning sea and sunset views. It blends innovation with tradition, embodying the minimalist elegance of Cycladic architecture in perfect harmony with the island’s natural landscape.The living room and bedrooms of the cave residence are defined by clean lines and white furnishings, creating a calm, minimalist aesthetic. Subtle accents of color add warmth and visual interest, enhancing the overall sense of understated elegance.
Floor-to-ceiling aluminum windows are a central feature of the design, opening the interior to the outdoors and filling the spaces with natural Cycladic light. They blur the boundary between inside and outside, allowing the surrounding landscape to become part of the home.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern white appliances and includes a kitchen island with stools. A Greek marble countertop and integrated sink add a refined touch, balancing functionality with discreet luxury.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is both comfortable and stylish. Its floors and walls are finished in grey cement mortar tones, reflecting the minimalist Cycladic architectural style.
Adjacent to the cave dwelling is a separate suite that forms part of the villa complex while maintaining its own independence through a private entrance. This spacious suite features a calm, neutral design with an open-plan living area connected to a raised sleeping space (one double bed and one single sofa bed), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light and frame uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. A generous private terrace offers outdoor dining and relaxation areas with sweeping 180-degree views where sea and sky meet.
On the upper level of the villa complex, a shared swimming pool area provides an exclusive and tranquil setting, especially at sunset, surrounded by the serenity of Cycladic nature.
Set on the west coast of Paros Island, the estate enjoys a commanding position 25 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and its renowned sunsets.
Ideally located between the port of Parikia (5 km) and Paros Airport (7 km), the complex is also just 700 meters from Agia Irini Beach.
Nearby, Antiparos Island is easily accessible from Pounta port, located less than a 10-minute drive away. Frequent ferries connect Paros and Antiparos throughout the day, with a crossing time of approximately seven minutes.
Pounta Beach, situated along the channel between the two islands, is a well-known destination for kiteboarding, windsurfing, and wing foiling. Its long stretch of shallow, sandy-bottomed water makes it suitable for both beginners and experienced riders year-round.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
