Overview
Villa Cymopoleia is a refined blend of contemporary and traditional design, offering elegant living spaces framed by sweeping 180-degree views of the Aegean Sea. From its vantage point, the panorama stretches across Antiparos toward the main port of Parikia. The setting is striking, with rocky islets emerging from the water and the soft outlines of the Cycladic islands fading into the distant horizon.The villa offers 210 sqm of interior space and 150 sqm of outdoor areas, spread across two levels connected by an internal staircase. Each level has its own main entrance, allowing guests to use them independently and secure access by locking the internal stairwell door.
The upper (ground floor) level includes a double bedroom with direct access to a private veranda offering panoramic sea views and stunning sunsets, as well as a second bedroom that can be arranged as either twin or double upon request. This floor also features an open-plan living and dining area alongside a fully equipped kitchen, plus a bathroom with a shower. The living room, adorned with works by Greek artists, opens onto spacious terraces with outdoor dining and relaxation areas, all overlooking the Aegean Sea and the iconic Cycladic sunsets.
On this level, the expansive swimming pool area provides an exclusive setting to enjoy the peace and natural beauty of the Greek landscape, particularly at sunset.
Descending the internal staircase leads to the lower level, a distinctive cave-style residence known as a “yposkafo,” featuring external stone walls. This space blends innovation with tradition, embodying the minimalist elegance of Cycladic architecture in harmony with the island’s surroundings. Clean lines and white furnishings define the living room and the three bedrooms (one double and two twin), enhanced by subtle color accents that create a refined atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling aluminum windows flood the interior with natural light, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces and highlighting the Cycladic scenery.
The lower level also includes a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with high-end white appliances, a central island with seating, and a Greek marble countertop and sink, offering understated luxury. Two stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers complete this level, featuring cement mortar finishes in soft gray tones on floors and walls, consistent with Cycladic design aesthetics.
Set on the west coast of Paros Island, the estate enjoys a commanding position 25 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and its renowned sunsets.
Ideally located between the port of Parikia (5 km) and Paros Airport (7 km), the complex is also just 700 meters from Agia Irini Beach.
Nearby, Antiparos Island is easily accessible from Pounta port, located less than a 10-minute drive away. Frequent ferries connect Paros and Antiparos throughout the day, with a crossing time of approximately seven minutes.
Pounta Beach, situated along the channel between the two islands, is a well-known destination for kiteboarding, windsurfing, and wing foiling. Its long stretch of shallow, sandy-bottomed water makes it suitable for both beginners and experienced riders year-round.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
