Overview
Villa Coralie sits on the edge of a seaside cliff overlooking the ocean, with sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and its stunning sunsets. Its elegant architecture blends into a dramatic landscape of rocky islets rising from the water, while the gentle silhouettes of the Cycladic islands fade into the distant horizon.The main villa spans 210 sq. m. across two levels connected by an internal staircase and can host up to 8 guests in its four bedrooms. Each level has its own separate entrance, allowing guests to enjoy full independence by locking off access via the internal stairway if desired.
The upper (ground floor) level includes a double bedroom with access to a private veranda offering panoramic sea views and stunning sunsets, as well as a second bedroom (twin or double on request). It also features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is decorated with works by Greek artists and opens onto spacious terraces with outdoor dining and lounge areas that directly overlook the Aegean Sea and the iconic Cycladic sunsets. On this level, the large swimming pool area provides an exclusive setting for relaxation, immersed in the tranquility of Cycladic nature, especially at sunset.
Descending the internal staircase leads to the lower level, a unique cave-style residence (“yposkafo”) with natural stone exterior walls. This space blends innovation with tradition, reflecting the minimalist essence of Cycladic architecture in harmony with the island landscape. Clean lines and white furnishings define the living room and two bedrooms (one double and one twin), enhanced by subtle color accents that create an elegant, calming atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling aluminum windows blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, filling the space with natural light and uninterrupted sea views. The contemporary open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern white appliances and includes a kitchen island with seating and a Greek marble countertop and sink, offering understated luxury. Two stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers complete the level, featuring cement-toned finishes that complement the Cycladic aesthetic.
Adjacent to the cave residence, a separate 45 sq. m. suite provides additional independent accommodation for 2–3 guests (with one double bed and one single sofa bed). This peaceful suite, decorated in soothing neutral tones, includes an open-plan living area integrated with a raised sleeping space, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light and open the interior to breathtaking Aegean views. The suite also offers a spacious terrace with outdoor dining and lounge areas, showcasing sweeping 180-degree views where the sky meets the sea.
Set on the west coast of Paros Island, the estate enjoys a commanding position 25 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and its renowned sunsets.
Ideally located between the port of Parikia (5 km) and Paros Airport (7 km), the complex is also just 700 meters from Agia Irini Beach.
Nearby, Antiparos Island is easily accessible from Pounta port, located less than a 10-minute drive away. Frequent ferries connect Paros and Antiparos throughout the day, with a crossing time of approximately seven minutes.
Pounta Beach, situated along the channel between the two islands, is a well-known destination for kiteboarding, windsurfing, and wing foiling. Its long stretch of shallow, sandy-bottomed water makes it suitable for both beginners and experienced riders year-round.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
