Villa Nausica is a luxurious six-bedroom, nine-bathroom villa spanning 440m², set on a small hill in Kommeno, just 12 km north of Corfu Town and the airport. The property sits within a gated 3,700m² lush garden, offering a peaceful and private setting with stunning sea views, while being only a three-minute walk from the beach. Originally built by Lady Alexandra Metcalfe, daughter of Lord Curzon, Viceroy of India, the villa combines historic charm with an exceptional coastal location.Spread across two elegant levels, the villa is designed for both comfort and sophistication. The garden level features two spacious en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds that can be converted into twins, opening onto beautifully maintained gardens. Ample parking for up to eight cars and a staff bathroom ensure practicality alongside luxury.
On the pool level, the villa unfolds into its main living spaces. A generous master suite with en-suite bathroom is joined by two additional en-suite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (or twins) and another with a queen-size bed. The open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fireplace, flows seamlessly into a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast table for four. A laundry room and guest WC add further convenience.
Outdoors, Villa Nausica is designed for true Mediterranean living. A striking UV-sanitized infinity pool (14×4.5m) forms the centerpiece, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and elegant side tables on a spacious sun deck. Multiple shaded lounge areas with wicker furnishings invite relaxation beside the pool and main lounge, while an outdoor dining space and BBQ area create the perfect setting for long, leisurely meals. For wellness and relaxation, a dedicated spa area includes a steam room for six, gym equipment, and a changing room with shower and WC.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
