The villa, with a floor space of 167 m2 is decorated with a lot of taste. Feng Shui tips have been used together with traditional elements, natural materials and soft colours in order to create a soothing and restful atmosphere.
On the upper floor of the villa there is the open plan kitchen, the living room with satellite TV, AC and fireplace, and the dining area with a long, monastery type, table. There is also a veranda with another dining table and a swing for leisure moments. A wooden pergola creates a cool shade so you can sit and enjoy the view to the port of Parikia.The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ can serve up to 15 persons. At the same level there is a bathroom with shower.
There is a flight of stairs connecting the upper to the lower floor of the villa where there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a water massage bathtub, a wardrobe and a sitting room with direct access to the swimming pool. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have double beds and access to veranda and pool area. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (easily connected), and two windows. The mattresses in the three bedrooms are made of natural latex and coconut fibres. All linen are made of pure, fine cotton.
Electrolysis with natural salt is used for filtering the swimming pool water. In the pool area there is another BBQ, a dining table for 8 persons and a resting spot with comfortable settees.
Guests can provide themselves with organic vegetables and fresh eggs from the chicken coop of the farm. There is also a wine cellar with local high quality wines.
Guests have the possibility of using the services of a private chef, baby sitter, pilates personal trainer, yoga, aqua aerobics and massage sessions. Parties are not allowed, pets allowed only outside after agreement with the owner.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
