The villa is thoughtfully arranged over three levels. On the ground floor, a bright and welcoming living room features a TV, DVD player, CD player and Wi-Fi, while the separate dining room opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the essentials needed for effortless holiday dining. A family bathroom is also located on this level.
The first floor hosts the principal double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. A second air-conditioned double bedroom opens onto a shared balcony, while the air-conditioned twin bedroom enjoys its own balcony. A separate shower room serves these bedrooms.
On the second floor, there are two cosy single bedrooms, ideal for children or additional guests.
Outside, the villa truly comes into its own. The private infinity salt-water pool enjoys magnificent sea, mountain and garden views, while spacious covered and open terraces provide plenty of spots for relaxing in the sunshine or shade. An in-built barbecue and traditional wood oven make outdoor cooking a pleasure, complemented by a shaded dining area perfect for long Mediterranean meals. Additional features include an outdoor shower, private parking with steps leading up to the villa, a laundry room with washing machine, and a range of family-friendly amenities including a high chair available on request.
Ideally located for exploring western Crete, the villa is just 1.2 km from the Ancient Theatre of Aptera and 1.4 km from Aptera Castle. A selection of restaurants can be found within 1.2 km, while a mini market is only 2.2 km away. The beautiful Kyani Beach, with its welcoming beachfront tavernas, lies just 3.5 km from the property. Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
