This beautiful home has been designed preserving a classy and elegant style and melts beautifully with its natural environment. In the outside, guests will enjoy the spacious garden with a brand new, elegant swimming pool with luxury sunbeds, while they enjoy unrestricted views of the Aegean blue. In the inside, original classic and modern decorating styles are combined to create a cosy, yet modern and functional living space which offers all necessary amenities and equipment to make your stay comfortable.
Ideally placed between the traditional village of Kalavarda on one side and the Ancient City of Kameiros on the other side, Villa Romina is excellently interconnected with the airport and the city of Rhodes, as well as with Lindos on the east side of the island.
The 220 m² Villa Romina can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people, offering three double bedrooms in the upper floor and one double bedroom in the main floor, with a total of two bathrooms with bath tub. Three of the bedrooms share sea and garden views with individual balconies and sitting areas. All bedrooms contain elegant furnishing with very good quality mattresses and comfort items such as fine linen, towels and natural bath amenities.
Two spacious and comfortable open plan living rooms with soft couches (can sleep 2 people) and fire place are located in the ground floor as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. All spaces are being elegantly separated by different levels. The double bedroom contains an original vintage bed with high quality mattress and a big bright window with view to the garden.
Since 2019 you will find a brand-new, beautifully integrated swimming pool in our 4000 m² garden. In the garden, with grass and flowers in the front part and seasonal fruits and herbs in the back, you will also find separate BBQ facilities and a traditional stone oven set under the shade of a beautiful pergola. A large handmade wooden dining table with benches is there for you to enjoy your meals at all times.
Villa Romina is located next to the traditional village of Kalavarda on the west coast of Rhodes, only 15 km from the airport and a 35 min. drive from the City of Rhodes. An organized beach with thick sand and shallow water is located 500m away from the property and offers facilities such as umbrellas/ sun beds, one family beach bar, as well as two traditional restaurants. The archaeological site of Ancient Kameiros, one of the most impressive on the island, is located just 1km from the house.
The area around Kalavarda village is an ideal setting for nature and tradition lovers. Its architecture and surroundings offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy nature at its best through various outdoor activities such as diving, fishing, hiking, walking, swimming, cycling, while the surrounding area has many local cottage industries and small units producing ceramics, cattle farming and agricultural products, mainly citrus fruits, cereals and virgin olive oil. It is undoubtedly the ideal destination for those who aim on a relaxing vacation while blending with the local traditions and culture.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
