Designed for unhurried island living, each of the five bedrooms opens towards the sea, while generous terraces invite long lunches that stretch into the afternoon. Mornings begin with breakfast overlooking the Aegean, followed by lazy hours spent beside the 7 × 4 metre infinity pool, where the water seems to disappear into the endless blue horizon. As the day cools, gather for a game of chess, fire up the barbecue, or simply watch the changing colours of the sunset before settling in for dinner beneath the open sky.
Accommodating up to ten guests, Villa Ryaki offers 250 square metres of thoughtfully designed living space with five beautifully appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms. The open-plan, fully air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with everything needed for relaxed entertaining, including a Nespresso machine, cold-press juicer, dishwasher, and generous preparation areas. A comfortable lounge with television and sound system, a full laundry room, in-villa safe, and air conditioning throughout ensure every modern convenience is at hand. Outdoors, the expansive terrace comfortably seats twelve guests and is complemented by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and panoramic views across the sea.
Your stay includes housekeeping six days a week, a dedicated concierge to help arrange memorable experiences on the island, and a personalised welcome to ensure you settle in from the moment you arrive.
Villa Ryaki is just a short drive from Apollonia, the vibrant heart of Sifnos, while the island's nearest secluded cove is only fifteen minutes away. Sifnos is often described as the Cyclades at their most authentic: a place of timeless pottery villages, whitewashed Byzantine chapels, exceptional walking trails, and some of the finest cuisine in the Aegean.
Situated between Serifos and Milos in the western Cyclades, Sifnos remains wonderfully untouched. Reached only by ferry from Athens, the island has no airport, no sprawling port town, and no chain hotels. Instead, it offers an atmosphere of quiet sophistication that has become increasingly rare in the Greek islands. Booking and Payment terms

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
