The complex is located in 7,300 m2 of lush farmland with vines, olive and fig trees and vegetable garden. Built outside the settlement, it allows the visitors to listen to the sound of the waves and the wind; to let their mind wander as they stare out to sea; and gaze at the starry night sky. At the same time, you are only a short distance from some of the most popular beaches on the Paros island, such as ‘Chrysi Akti’ and ‘Pounta’, as well as charming traditional villages, such as Dryos and Marpissa.
All residences are built in the traditional style and have unobstructed view of the sea from their spacious verandas and their interiors. They are fully equipped, self-sufficient, can house from 5 to 7 guests each or 19 guests in total. The estate is exceptionally child friendly, perfect for families and also for groups who wish to combine company with independence.

The 113m2 Villa Soul is a fully furnished and equipped two-storey residence, capable of housing 6 guests. The ground floor of the residence comprises an open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room and a bedroom.
The sea view open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room has a spacious veranda, which is shaded horizontally by a wooden pergola, and provides access to the garden. Τhe sea view double bedroom has twin joinable beds and en suite bathroom. The bedroom/en suite bathroom area can be completely isolated from the living room by a double wooden door and has independent access to the outside. On this floor, there is a sea view balcony. It has a low balustrade and should not be used by unsupervised children. On the first floor, there is a sea view bedroom with an en suite bathroom. It is furnished with one double bed and two single beds.
Very close by is the wonderfully green village of Dryos, with its ancient anchorage. In addition to the seaside taverns serving local delicacies and the night bars, there is a supermarket and a petrol station. If you have a sense of adventure, you can walk to the port at Dryos from the Villas, following the 1.5km coastal path.
Not far from Dryos are the well-known beaches of ‘Chrysi Akti’ and ‘Pounta’ beach, as well as the picturesque villages of ‘Piso Livadi’ and ‘Marpissa’

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
