The heart of the villa is the spacious open-plan ground floor, where the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen come together in a bright and inviting space. The comfortable lounge features a large sofa and a 75” Smart Satellite TV, making it an ideal place to relax after a day discovering the beauty of western Crete. Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, allowing guests to enjoy effortless indoor-outdoor living throughout their stay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine, making it easy to prepare everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners. Adjacent to the kitchen, the indoor dining area comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Villa Ariona comfortably hosts up to six guests across three stylish bedrooms, each designed to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, an open wardrobe, air conditioning, and a private en suite bathroom with a shower. Offering peaceful mountain views and direct access to the pool terrace, it provides a tranquil retreat just steps from the outdoor living area.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms open onto a shared furnished balcony with beautiful views stretching across the sea and the surrounding mountains. One bedroom is furnished with twin beds, which can be converted into a queen-size bed upon request, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed, an open wardrobe, air conditioning, and its own en suite bathroom with a shower. A separate modern bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the upper floor.
The outdoor area has been thoughtfully designed to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle and create memorable moments under the Cretan sun. At its centre lies a spectacular 70 sqm private swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 metres, complemented by a separate children's pool section measuring 4 sqm with a depth of 0.60 metres, making it ideal for guests of all ages. Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
