Εighteen beautifully furnished and fully equipped villas of two or three storeys, offer you the opportunity to relax, decompress and recharge, away from the crowds. In addition to the top-notch facilities and appliances available in the kitchen, there is also a range of excellent in-villa services to choose from that would elevate any stay.
Villa Pithea1 has two levels and can accommodate up to six guests. It offers all the services a family could ask for with the option of a single room with two single beds and two comfortable double rooms, all of them located on the lower level of the main building, along with two marble bathrooms for maximum convenience.

Comfortable, with modern decor, fully equipped, the villas offer from two to four bedrooms, a living room with dining area and kitchen, as well as ensuite and separate bathrooms, either on two or three levels.
The views are especially spectacular from all levels, providing the perfect place to dine al fresco with family or friends. Each one of the villas has a lovely private swimming pool and terrace, surrounded by shrubs and hedges, overlooking the Messenia gulf.
The austere beauty of nature and the charm of local architecture are enhanced by magnificent sea views and exceptional facilities, including courts for tennis and basketball.
The olive groves, stone walkways dotted rich flora surrounding the villas, are all encircled by a private forest offering total seclusion from the outside world.
Messenia is also renowned for its traditional tranquil fishing villages and a delicious local cuisine that make this destination even more worth visiting.
The complex is surrounded by wild nature and features amazing views of the sea and the sunsets in Kitries. The property also features a tennis court, a basketball court, pathways to discover Mani natural beauty and every commodity you might need like parking spaces in all rooms and free WIFI.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
